Hydrinos, Supermembranes and
the 'Free VPE-Energy' of the 4th Dimension!

The interdimensional peace between the science of the new afterthought and the science of the old forethought be with
you all.
Today's message shall engage a very important topic pertinent to the future evolvement of this planet, the
planet of the humanoids.
This future applies to a post-2012 AD scenario, when the Vortex-Potential-Energy
aka the VPE or the ZPE can become accessed in its 'tapping' or 'leaking' from the hitherto mysterious
4th spacial dimension (of hyperspace) into the 3rd dimension of the mensuration physics.
Much controversy
revolves around this concept of 'Free Energy'!
The so called scientific establishment eschews the concept and
the idea of it for reason of its well founded and rigorously established conservation laws - no 'perpetual motion
machine' can exist, because of the thermodynamic laws of entropy and the exchange mechanisms embodied in the 'laws
of nature'.
The idea of the Zero-Point-Energy aka the ZPE is however well established and peripheral quantum mechanical
effects like the Casimir Effect have been thoroughly investigated by the terrestrial researchers.
The Casimir Effect
describes the action of the ZPE in the absence of external fields, say the absence of an electromagnetic field. This then
allows a Quantum-Field-Theory, such as Quantum-Electro-Dynamics or QED, to quantitatively and qualitatively describe this
effect.
The Casimir-Field is so not a classical field, but a quantum-field engaging the so termed 'Virtual
Gauge Photons' and related gauge agents, such as Gravitons and the massless weakons.
The Gaian physicists and
experimenters so infer the ZPE as the effect of the Heisenberg Background matrix, which in the case of the Casimir apparatus;
typically uncharged parallel capacitor plates micrometers apart; can in fact materialize these 'gauge agents'
in a measurable phenomenology.
Maverick researchers in a global 'inventor' society have for millennia
proposed or sought after ways and means to render this ZPE useful for classical energy generation.
A famous and pertinent
example is the 'Cold Fusion' controversy of Martin Fleischmann and Stanley Pons of 1989, who claimed to have generated
and observed electrolysis of deuterium enriched 'heavy water' (D2O=2H2O) for
Palladium electrodes and the release of 'excess heat'.
One other such maverick is Dr. Randell Mills of
Princeton, New Jersey.
The following articles serve the purpose to give background information and I shall comment
on the proposals of Frank Roarty, Randell Mills and the sceptical replies from Dr. Robert Park, Dr. Michio Kaku and of
Eric Krieg following.

The reduced density of the field allows the electron radius to "twist" into a 4th dimension giving the perception
that the radius has shrunk from our perspective.Upon exiting the field the atom will simply twist back as shown in the upper
animation. My point is that a molecular bond occuring while these atoms are "twisted" will fix the molecule into
this "quasi-interdimensional" orientation even upon exiting the field! When the covalent bond is broken in normal
space these atoms will instantly twist back into our dimension with rectified energy supplied by virtual particles. These "quasi-interdimensional" molecules would also be our best hope for a propellantless space
drive. In an appropriate plasma form they could be circulated through "warp" coils where their 4 th dimensional
component would claw deeply into the virtual particles causing displacement in normal space.

Dr.
Randell Mills says he can change the face of physics. The Scientfic Establishment thinks he's nuts.

EHydrino and metal compounds make for super-strong coatings, some of which could make ships rustproof,
dramatically reducing crew complements.
There are "millions
and millions of possible combinations" in the commercial world, Mills says, revealing himself as a practical, earthy
businessman.
These qualities emerged in his teens when he made good
money raising corn and hay on land he leased. He had no college plans, and skipped so many high school classes his diploma
was in doubt. But when he sliced up his hand and arm in an accident falling into a glass door, the five hours of surgery rattled
his sense of immortality.
"At that point," Mills recalls,
"I figured if I'm going to die eventually, I'd like to at least know why. I wanted to know how it works. All
of it, from the human brain to the universe."
He used profits
from the farm to cover the tuition at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he graduated first
in his class. After that he breezed through medical school at Harvard University, while simultaneously taking science courses
at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The son of a farmer,
and a farmer himself, turned out to be an academic superstar.
"It's
the American story," says Dr. Robert Park of the American Physical Society. "But he's still wrong."
Park has concluded that the hydrino theory is wrong in his upcoming book, Voodoo
Science: The Road From Foolishness to Fraud. Park is not alone is being rankled by hydrinos.
The hydrogen atom is the simplest, most common, and most tested element. It's
nearly universally agreed that a free-floating hydrogen atom is in what's called "the ground state"-you can't
bring its electron closer into its nucleus. Telling physicists that they've got that wrong is like telling mothers across
America that they've misunderstood apple pie. It's that fundamental.
"If you could fuck around with the hydrogen atom, you could fuck around with the
energy process in the sun. You could fuck around with life itself," claims Dr. Phillip Anderson, a Nobel laureate in
physics at Princeton University. "Everything we know about everything would be a bunch of nonsense. That's why I'm
so sure that it's a fraud."
Dr.
Michio Kaku, a theoretical physicist based at City University of New York, adds that "the only law that this business
with Mills is proving is that a fool and his money are easily parted." Kaku is a cofounder of "string"-field
theory, which posits that all matter and energy are actually manifestations of vibrations occurring in 11 dimensions. String-field
theory, considered radical when it was introduced, is now pretty much the only game in town for mainstream physicists seeking
a grand unified theory.
BlackLight Power
boosters scoff that they've seen no practical application of quantum theory since the atomic bomb and nuclear power, and
say they have little time for theorists who call Mills a charlatan while teaching that the fundamental mechanics of cause
and effect are subverted at the subatomic level. Mills's camp responds: Fraud? Let's talk about fraud. Quantumists
have us living in myriad dimensions filled with "probability waves" and unobservable "virtual particles"
that flit in and out of existence, and they say we may one day slip through wormholes in space to visit other universes or
go back in time.
Kaku insists that such seemingly far-out visions
direct us toward truths we can't yet see, whereas Mills, Kaku contends, is promoting something already shown to be impossible.
"I'll have demonstrated an entirely new form of energy
production by the end of 2000," Mills responds. "If Dr. Kaku has escaped our universe through a wormhole by then,
I'll send my first $1000 in profits to his new address."
And
there's the nub, Mills's critics also charge. They're talking the scientific method, and he's already spending
his profits.
"The history of science in America since money
became so easily available to people making outrageous claims has gotten very complicated," says Dr. Robert Cava, a materials
science expert at Princeton. "Scientists are constantly in competition and constantly under extreme scrutiny. Don't
think it's a picnic. So when someone comes along and makes a big splash without going through the rigors of peer review,
it makes us think that the guy has no business doing it."
Dr.
Richard Wilson, a research professor of physics at Harvard who says he's still skeptical of Mills's theory after a
visit to BlackLight Power's labs, says the culture clash between scientists and captains of industry is natural.
"In my experience in science," Wilson says, "no one's more gullible
than the wildcatter in the oil industry. But they're both gullible and successful. Sometimes they happen to be right.
They take chances. That's their game, but that's not what scientists usually do."""

The Hydrogen Ground
State
The central claim of Mills theory is that there
exists a state of the hydrogen atom that is "below the ground state". Before immersing ourselves in Mills theory,
lets ask ourselves the following question: What is the ground state and why do scientists believe it exists? In this short
paper, we will briefly examine some basic theoretical reasons why there is a ground state. We will do so for the most part
without referencing quantum mechanics, with the exception of using Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. Beyond that, we
will rely on standard, basic physics that is well-established, both theoretically and experimentally.
In the simplest terms, the ground state is the state of lowest energy a system can have. In the
case of the hydrogen atom, this is the lowest energy that the electron will have when bound to the nucleus. It may have been
awhile since you've had basic chemistry, so let's recall that the run of the mill hydrogen atom is simply a proton
(the nucleus) with a single electron. This electron is "bound" to the nucleus, like the earth is bound to the sun.
In a certain basic sense, you can view the electron as being in orbit about the central proton.
We can gain some insight into the ground state of hydrogen by considering some very basic physics1.
What we will do is find out what the energy of the electron is and consider the minimum orbit that electron can have about
the proton. Next, we will use the uncertainty principle to see what kind of constraints such an orbit will have on the momentum
of the electron. Finally we will use the minimum orbit to determine what the ground state energy of the hydrogen atom is.
These values can all be looked up in a book, but we won't color our efforts by saying ahead of time what they are. Instead
we will just see if a basic and reasonable approach will lead us to the known answers, and rule out the possibility that there
is a lower energy, the "fractional" hydrino state that Mills promotes.
First,
I am sure that the reader will agree that the following is true of a bound system:
Total
energy = kinetic energy + potential
We can write the kinetic energy as:

Now, using the basic relation p = mv this is just:

To find the total energy of the electron, we need to know what the potential
is. The potential can be found using the basic ideas of electricity and magnetism. This is something that can be easily determined
since the electron is simply in the potential of the proton, which we can just consider as a point charge. Recalling that
the electron and proton both have the same charge (in magnitude) and calling this charge q, the electric potential energy
of a two charge system is2 :

(the negative sign reflects the fact that the electron is bound to the nucleus).
To simplify writing, we make the following definition:

So the potential is just:

Now, recalling the expression for the total energy:
Total Energy = kinetic energy + potential
Calling the total
energy E and using the values obtained for the kinetic and potential energies, we have:

We can obtain some useful information from this expression without getting
involved with any complicated physics. For example, readers who have had calculus will recall that you can obtain the location
of the minimum of a function of x (call that location xo )
by
taking its derivative and setting it equal to zero:

We will apply this simple procedure, which is
just straightforward mathematics, to the energy of the hydrogen atom we just derived. To do so we will consider the energy
to be a function of position, E = E(r). But first we need to consider the uncertainty principle to see if there are any constraints
on momentum given a particular position of the electron.
The uncertainty
principle of quantum mechanics states that:

is the uncertainty in position and
is the uncertainty in momentum. For the situation at hand, the position is the size of the orbit of the electron. Let's
say it is at some value, say r. Using the uncertainty principle, the momentum is:

Plugging this value into our expression for the energy, we have:

Now, using basic calculus, lets find the minimum value of r:

Moving the first term to the left hand side:

Now we can solve for the minimum value of r, which we will call ro :

This result turns out to be the Bohr radius. This is a pretty amazing result,
considering that up to this point we have not done anything spectacular or appealed to any breakthrough or revolutionary physics.
Basic, ordinary calculus, that is beyond dispute, tells us this is the value of r at the minimum of the energy. It cannot
be any smaller, so there is no way a "fractional state" can exist. Let's briefly review the steps we took:
- We started with the energy of the electron and used the fundamental fact that total energy =
kinetic energy + potential energy
- We used the well established laws of
electricity and magnetism to state what the potential of the electron-proton system is.
- Next we took the uncertainty principle to get an order of magnitude estimate of what the momentum of the
electron would be for a given orbit. We did not specify what that orbit was, we simply called it r, so it could be
anything.
- Finally, we used ordinary calculus to find the minimum value
of r by taking the derivative of E and setting it equal to zero.
I
would challenge Mills or any of his supporters to argue against any of these points. Will hydrino advocates dispute that total
energy = kinetic + potential? There may be some free energy gurus that might, but most of us would probably agree that this
is a true statement. Mills and his supporters would also probably agree with step 2, the potential of the electron can be
correctly arrived at from simple E & M theory (in fact Mills makes it clear he supports the theory of electrodynamics,
as promoted in Jackson). Arguing against step 4 to find the minimum value of r would also be foolish, finding the minimum
of a function using such a method is a well-established cornerstone of calculus.
That
leaves only the uncertainty principle. My suspicion is that Mills would dismiss using the uncertainty principle to arrive
at our value for the momentum of an electron at radius r. This is a fallacious argument, however. The uncertainty principle
is well established experimentally and is well grounded in basic mathematics. Nearly a hundred years of experiment and observation
have confirmed that the uncertainty principle is in fact a cornerstone of physical law.
At this point we have used ordinary calculus to find the smallest value of r that is possible. We can plug this
value back into our equation for E to get the minimum energy:

This is in fact the ground state energy of hydrogen, with quantum number
n = 1. Mills claims smaller values of energy can be obtained from fractional states, say with n =½. But in fact, smaller
values cannot be obtained, because this would violate all we have done up to this point.
One could of course argue that this is all theoretical and it is experiment that determines what is true and
what isn't. And that is certainly the case, and experiment clearly shows that hydrogen does have a ground state, and that
the energy of this ground state is in fact equal to the theoretically predicted value. Any further argument by Mills amounts
to the same types of arguments held by supporters of perpetual motion machines and their ilk.

The importance of the hydrogenic groundstate is fundamental to the physics
of the quantum and is embodied in the relationship between the displacement measurements of the Classical Electron Radius
{Re=ke2/mec2 =αhc/2πmec2}, the Electronic Compton
Radius {Rc=h/2πmec=Re/α} and the above derived First Bohr Radius {RB1=Re/α2=h2εo/πmee2};
all as functions of the interaction probability between matter and light in the DIMENSIONLESS Electromagnetic Finestructure
Constant {Alpha=α=2πke2/hc=e2/2εohc}.
As a consequence the Hydrino
sub-eigenstate does indeed not exist in the 3-dimensional realm of the measurement physics.
However the overall
dismissal of the idea of the hydrino is not justified and Michio Kaku himself infers the appropriate reinterpretation of what
the hydrino represents in the elementals of theoretical physics.
The key is the concept mentioned by Frank Roarty.
The hydrino is a four-dimensional 'collapse of the electron's wavefunction' as a stringed electron of the ordinary
QED-associated field of the 'point-mass' electron.
The fundamental property of string theory in 10 dimensions,
the supermembranes in 11 dimensions and the supervolumar-branes in 12 dimensions is that of the modular duality.
In particular
the T-duality refers to the inversion properties for the measurement of displacement and momentum vectors as functions
of winded strings of large radii modular equivalent to vibratory strings of small radii.
A 'wrapped low momentum-energy'
'large and classical' radius R=λmin/2π so becomes a 'high momentum-energy) 'vibratory' quantum
radius 1/R=2πλmax for unification condition λminλmax=1.
Technically, a 3-dimensional MIRROR-SYMMETRY applied to toroidal fibres in 6D-Calabi Yau space so describes the T-Duality
in mensuration R3-Space.
In classical terms this Modular Duality describes an absolute PHYSICAL minimum
in 3 dimensions.
For reducing the minimum configuration Rmin=λmin/2π from above will
encounter a 'Turning Point' at that minimum where a further reduction cannot PHYSICALLY occur and the minimum configuration
exchanges with the maximum condition Rmax=1/Rmin under this MIRROR SYMMETRY.
Entropically
then, the say asymptotically approaching minimum scale in terms of displacement increases the quantum temperature, given
in the Boltzmann-Stefan Law {E=kT} to its absolute maximum quantum eigenstate Emax=hfmax=hc/λmax
and a 'tunnelling' through this barrier, would MIRROR under T-Duality and so decrease the next eigenstate under
the modulation of the displacement radius Rmin↔Rmax and a subsequent BOUNCING from the positive
minimum +1 to the negative minimum -1 across the Minimal Planck-String Oscillator Emax= ½hfmax
of the ZPE=VPE and in say stringed quantum momenta. This minimum temperature eigenstate can be calculated as {Emax=
½hfmax=1/2e*=4Rec2=1000 StarCoulomb (C*) as modular inversed energy units}.
The definition of 'Modular Energy' so engages a fundamental understanding of what displacement, space and time represent
in elementary terms and so must form a PRIOR condition for the birth of a Big Banged Cosmology described in terms of inertia
and statistical distributions of energy-densities, comprising both massless bosonic- and inertial fermionic selfstates.
The Casimir Effect can be measured in the application of QED Field-Theory, because the so called VPE of the Heisenberg
metric background is rendered as being QUANTISED in the parameters of Space and Time.
But this measurement engages
inertial parameters in the dielectric media of say the capacitor plates and their potential of becoming electrically charged.
The precursor of the Casimir Effect is an inherent property of the METRICALLY MINIMISED ZPE-Field, which by definition
is INDEPENDENT of inertial parameters, based upon displacement, time and mass.
This precursor utilises MAGNETOCHARGES
as the NON-MASS-PRODUCED 'higher-dimensional' modular mappings for the measured Coulombic ELECTROCHARGES associated
with mass, say as in the dieelectrical apparatus.
The Mills Hydrino so can be described as a 'higher dimensional'
agency for the Electron.
In particular the 'Point-Mass-Electron' of QED becomes a 2-dimensional SHELL around
the protonic nucleus; albeit as a 11-dimensional supermembrane and not as a 2-dimensional Coulombic charge distribution aencompassing
a subatomic spacial volumar.
Furthermore, using string parameters, it can be shown, that this 11D-Electron Shell
can indeed asymptotically approach the nucleus until it reaches the minimum metric boundary condition at a wavelength of 10-22
meters. This scale manifests the Quantum Big Bang from its premetric de Broglie Inflaton and the Instanton of temporality
as the magnified (by about 13 magnitudes) Planck-String class at 1.6x10-8 kg and at 2.22x10-20 kg.
A corresponding 'particle energy' or 'wormhole-scale' of so 1,240 TeV remains out of reach at the present
experimentally accessible realm, say at that of the maximally operating LHC at 14 TeV by a factor of about 88.
The
electron-shell at the wormhole scale UNIFIES the gluonic strong colour interaction (as the magneto- or colourcharges) with
its weakonic colour interaction (through [anti]neutrino couplings) and manifests at the classical electron-radius scale
in the Higgs-Bosonic Inertia Induction (see published articles on the website link).
The same electron-shell encounters
a mesonic 'inner ring' marker at the 10-18 meter scale to UNIFY the matter-animatter or quark-antiquark
SU(2) couplings and as necessary basis for the SU(3) couplings of the hyperons and the nucleons.
But this electron-shell
should not be modelled within a 3-dimensional volumar context; but rather as a waveparticular enfoldment-unfoldment using
the spheroidal envelope in a mechanism of contraction-expansion in conjunction with the colour- or magnetocharge flux associated
with gluon/quark distributions.
The idea of 'virtual gauge particles' should be abandoned and replaced
with the differentiation between 'inherently' colourcharged basic 'wavicles', including the unitary leptons
and quarks, albeit in their triune elementary colour triplets, defining the massless Higgsian template.
Realising
that the gauge-agents of the elementary interactions are all colour-charged as massless precursors for their inertial non-gauge
manifestors; will crystallize the SUPERSYMMETRY inherent in the string parameters and the quantum geometry of the quantum
relativity of the underpinning cosmogenesis.
The 11-dimensional supermembrane, say, becomes 'Klein-Bottled'
in 9 spacial dimensions from its toroidal 6-dimensional Calabi-Yauness and its spherical 3-dimensional Euclideaness.
The decisive interdimensional connector becomes the 'classical electron radius' defined in the electromagnetic gauge
structure; as this connector allows the QED-pointcharge in 3D to simultaneously manifest in the higher dimensions as a 12-dimensional
entity encompassing the 'pointedness' as a holographic spheroid.
I have detailed much of this in recent
messages, some of which are awaiting completion.
Contemporary M-Theory allows five superstring classes in 10 dimensions
to DUALISE in 11 dimensions under the auspices of the Planck parameters. Only the First class carries the Planck-Mass however,
the other classes are all open (not closed and open as class I) and transform into each other under string modalities, say
the measured Cosmic Ray- and Gamma Burster spectra.
Six of the 10 superstring dimensions are then said to be toroidally
'collapsed' under quantum geometric Calabi-Yau dualities and seven of the 11 supermembrane dimensions are likewise
said to be 'enfolded' in Joycian manifolds with 4 spacetime dimensions remaining as the measured Minkowskian Metricated
background.
The 4th time dimension depicts however 'connector-dimensions' (as dimensions 4,7, 10 and
13=1) for those enfoldments in a four-tiered superpositioning of linear, rotational, vibratory and holographical space
dimensions, all colocal as the observed 3-dimensional universe in space.
The post-2012 scenario then relates to
an already rigorously defined subsequence of the Principle of Modular Duality.
In the fall of 1992, at the Princeton
Institute for Advanced Study; Paul Aspinwall, a physicist and David Morrison a mathematician, both from Duke University and
Brian Greene, a physicist from Harvard; collaborated and proved rigorously, that spacetime can 'Tear' under Mirror-Symmetry
and T-Duality and 'repair' itself again in a process of 'flop-transitions', which unfold and enfold spacetime
in a 'flipping' of inside-out.
Such a 'Flopping' is what can be expected in 2012 and with the result,
that the 5-dimensional Kaluza-Klein metric for an 'empty' Anti-deSitter Cosmology as a Vacuum Solution
for Einstein's Field equations in General Relativity transforms into a deSitter Cosmology.
The deSitter Cosmology
describes elliptical-spheroidal curvatures and so a CLOSED Universe under positive curvature, say in a Riemannian Hypersphere
of 4-D-Space modelled as a TOROIDAL 3-dimensional surface {V4=½π2R4 in R4
with boundary V3=dV4/dR=2π2R3 in R3}.
The anti
deSitter Cosmology describes a hyperbolic curvature for an OPEN Universe under negative curvature.
So embedding
the 3rd dimension in 4-dimensional Riemannian space with the dual curvatures of deSitter and anti deSitter spaces, enables
the hyperbolic anti deSitter space of an inertial asymptotically expanding universe in 3D to SELFINTERSECT with its noninertial,
yet gravitationally curved 'steady state' universe in the 4D-envelope of de Sitter space.
As the 11th membrane-dimension
can be considered to map as a 2+3=5 (or a 2+6=8 or a 2+9=11)-dimensional Kaluza-Klein space and as the INSIDE manifold of
a Black Holed Horizon in the Holographic Universe scanarios of Bekenstein-t'Hooft and Maldacena; the OUTSIDE of this Witten-M-Space
can SELFINTERSECT with the INSIDE in Moebian-Klein Bottle-Twist Connectivity, provided that the 'root-extended' manifold

deSitter topology; a FOURTH spacial dimension emerges as substitute for the old Minkowskian metric of the lightpath x=ct.
Following the 'Flop-Transition', the present mathematical formalism of 4-dimensional spacetime will become
a subset for a new 5-dimensional spacetime, comprised of 4 spacial dimensions and a fifth temporal dimension.
