I watched a lecture about "2012" by an
intelligent individual, MICHAEL TSAR ION, who believes man never walked on the Moon. I have some friends that also believe
this was a hoax and a big conspiracy... Yet we can bounce lasers off the reflectors left by the astronauts on the moon...
My question is was it a hoax...???

Yes Lan; Apollo 11 was
launched July 16th, 1969 and the 'Eagle Landed' on July 20th, 1969 on the lunar surface.
Neil Armstrong stepped onto the Moon with his famous words: "A small step for a man, but a
giant step for mankind!".
Buzz Aldrin was with Neil Armstrong
in the 'Eagle', whilst Michael Collins remained in orbit.
As Neil Armstrong stepped onto the lunar surface, he however witnessed an 'alien
presence', which surpassed the information he had about the 'electromagnetic phenomena' present and to be
expected and about which he had information as part of his 'briefings'.
Now a caveat leading into my answers for your question.
'Should the 'first
man walking on the moon' not be THE PUBLIC CELEBRITY throughout his earthly life; being interviewed on TV, writing books
and being on talkback radio shows?
Google 'Neil Armstrong'
and you find a 'hermit like' existence, desiring public anonymity and shunning any enquiries to 'share' his
experiences?
Is this a 'conspiracy theory' or is it documented
and verifiable fact?
Was the Moon Landing a fake or was it true?
The
short answer is: it was both and the long answer is as follows.
About 1,000 km from the planetary surface you will discover a positively charged region
of space, which is called the 'Inner Van Allen belt'. It extends to about 6,000 km and consists mainly of protons
which interact subatomically with the 'Solar Wind' as the emission of such protons with electrons.
The electrons are negatively charged and predominate the 'Outer Van Allen belt',
extending from so 10,000 km to 25,000 km.

Van Allen belts so form the earth's Magnetosphere in interaction with the Solar Wind and form the 'Communication Medium'
between the Sun and the Earth (with the Moon as a satellite).
There exists so a natural charge distribution for the exo-atmospheric environment of
the earth. The resultant Electric Field so can be used to INDUCE magnetic- and electric effects by a sufficiently advanced
'alien technology' and henceforth the immediate atmospheric environment and the earth itself can become effectively
'shielded' or 'quarantined' or isolated from the rest of the universe.
So when 'Man' began to explore
'outer space', the controlling factions for the information (say base command); 'Man' encountered a 'unquarantined'
environment and a 'greater' and more profound physical reality, than which is propagandized and promulgated as 'physical
truth-reality' by the 'base command' to the global populus.
So there is encountered an 'alien presence'
by anyone venturing beyond the Van Allen belts and this becomes the core reason as to why the 'returning astronauts/cosmonauts'
all seem to become 'spiritually inclined' or 'religious' due to their 'extraterrestrial experiences'.
Both NASA and the soviets
knew of this ET-presence PHYSICALLY since the end of WW2, the Atomic Detonations and the so called 'Roswell Incident'.
The major political aspect of this became the understanding by the 'base controllers'
that the 'electromagnetic phenomena' could not be part of the 'Cold War' and as a consequence, all 'space
program' personell from now on would require screening and security clearances.
The 'alien presence' on the moon
was in the form of 'space probes', which observed the 'doings of Man', including the setup of the experiments,
the reflectors by subsequent lunar missions and so on.
NASA of course was informed about the 'alien probes' and so a 'propaganda
program' was made effective in 'doctoring' the information relayed to the global channels and the many 'conspiracy
theories' about the moon landing eventuated.
Much of this
'conspiracy material' is itself produced by 'base command' to establish a clear polarisation between the 'scientific
realists' and the 'conspiracy nuts'.

PS.: As the moon has no
atmosphere, the Solar Wind is able to deposit large amounts of Helium-3 onto the lunar surface.
Helium-3 is a 'super-important' and industrially valuable atomic elemental isotope required for
the technology of Nuclear Fusion reactors - and so energy production.
The abundance of He-3 is very rare on the earth, being just 0.0001% of the naturally occuring planetary Helium (because
it is transformed by the earth's atmosphere).
The economic significance of the moon so includes mining operations for Helium-3 and
many 'space agencies', including the 'International Space Station' are designed and implemented for the purpose
to establish He-3 mining on the moon.
This has been known since the Apollo missions, but the presence of the 'UFO's'
on the moon and the 'general' secrecy about the 'electromagnetic presences' has hitherto prevented this 'secret
agenda' to become public propriety.
