When you look at your computer in front of you, you are 'seeing'
only a component of that computer. The part, which you can perceive in measurement and observation is a 4-dimensional
projection of a higher dimensional objectification. This higher-D projection is however also a lower-D or Shadow-projection
of sorts. The 'shadow' of your computer; whatever it 'has done', its construction, its software
and hardware and including the history of all its part (down to its atomic, subatomic and string level) is INFORMATION, which
has become 'mapped' onto the inside of the Hubble Horizon; say the boundary of the observable universe. This 'shadow' so is 2-dimensional as information, but 11-dimensional as the 'higher dimension'. The observed universe then also becomes a Processor of Information; all of which is 'mapped' as 'Shadow'
onto the universe as a holistic whole. Your computer (and you and your pets and your country etc) so all are Holograms
in a Holographic and Holofractal universe. The below treatize discusses some details of the holographic universe
in conjunction with Black Holes and the thermodynamic universe (Hawking-Bekenstein entropy). This post is in reply to
some smart, but ultimately erroneous ideas about gravitational timedilation applied to the universe's cosmology as a whole.

Yes, but the spacetime surrounding a Black Hole is of a lower dimension, than the spacetime within a Black Hole. The reason the 'experts' have not 'caught on' to your ideas about gravitational time dilation is
because your concepts are fundamentally flawed. Special Relativity, analysing nonaccelerating frames
of reference in terms of coordinate systems, requires Lorentz invariance and the Minkowski metric. The postulates of Special
Relativity (SR) then are 'conceptualised' by measuring the travelling of lightsignals between mirrors attached
to clocks. This can be ascertained in Einstein's 1905 paper 'On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies'. Gravitational timedilation then analyses the accelerated frames of reference systems in terms of coordinate systems.
The fundamental solution to the General Relativity (GR) field equations is the Schwarzschild metric 2GM/c2
describing the 'Radius of Curvature' for a PURELY GEOMETRIZED region of space. Then the crucial
point will be the TRANSFORMATION of the MASS within this geometrized region of space. It is a long established
parameter in all of theoretical physics that the Planck-Length IS the minimum metric for which all and sundry measurements
in terms of coordinate systems are physically meaningful. That is why GR breaks down at the 'singularity'
of the Planck-Radius and related parameters. It is easy to show, that the Planck-Radius DEFINES a particular
Black Hole geometrization of Mass AS this space. LP=2GmP/c2=√(hG/2πc3) Not so well known, but highly suspected (say in Kaluza-Klein models of 5D-spacetimes) is that the Planck-Mass
mP is geometrized as this MINIMUM POSSIBLE METRIC (displacement) WITHIN the (Schwarzschild) Event Horizon. The space within a Black Hole IS NOT 3-dimensional, but higher-dimensional precisely as the gravitational boundary
between the 'outside observer' (who is restricted physically by both SR and GR. This is why
an 'infalling' object will asymptotically 'freeze' at the surface of the Black Hole; yet continue its journey
inside the Black Hole relative to an observer within the event horizon. Then it is the clock relative
to the outside observer which time dilates relative to the clock intrinsic to the infalling object. This
measurement has nothing to do with any other clocks in the universe and at ANY other Minkowski spacetime coordinates of 'events'
and their simultaneities. The photon interactions relative to the Black Hole fade out at 1.5 times the
Schwarzschild Radius, which is called the Photonsphere. This is the distance away from the Black Hole, where photons can orbit
the Black Hole. The clocks at the Big Bang and any other 'time-event' in the cosmological
chronology are CALIBRATED by the sending of lightsignals between two mirrors and are independent on the gravitational
coordinates, EXCEPT if subject to the gravitational fields of Black Holes. Then if one postulates the
Big Bang and its subsequent thermodynamic evolution to be a derivate from a Big Bang metric; then the photonsphere is GREATER
than the Hubble-Horizon and the only observer who could measure the time dilation would by necessity be located OUTSIDE the
observable universe.
Here are some technical details:
1. The finestructure
of the Planck-Mass:
The Big Bang 'singularity' is also a ZPE-minimum Planck-Oscillator. Emin=½hfmin=hωmin/4π (as origin of the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle
on metric mensuration). Now define a MINIMUM Black Hole as a 'wormhole singularity'. Emin=½mPc2=hc/4πLP for the case of the Planck-Mass
being restricted and defined by the Planck-Length (LP=2GmP/c2=√(hG/2πc3).
But the Schwarzschild metric for a wormhole perimeter Lwormhole=c/fwormhole Rwormhole=Lwormhole/2π=2GMmin/c2 for
a generalised mass Mmin as a MINIMUM Macro-Black Hole (exceeding the Planck-Mass) and so to allow an increase in
the minimum displacement (LP to R*=L*/2π) and so the Birth of the Universe in the Big Bang in these parameters. Emin*=½mwormholec2=hc/4πRwormhole=hc3/8πGMmin=mP2(c2/4Mmin) Therefore, Emin*=mP2(c2/4Mmin)=½mwormhole*c2=hc/4πRwormhole
for mP2=2Mmin.mwormhole
This defines the finestructure for the Planck-Mass for any Black Hole and in the TRANSFORMATION
(read magnification) of the Planck-Length to a wormhole (Weyl-Length) Compton-Mass in: mwormhole=h/2πRwormhole.c As example, propose the Planck-Length magnification (reference the works of Ng and Van Dam) now allows the Planck-Volume
to become a Kerr-Ring for the 'singularity-wormhole' distribution within a rotating Black Hole. Then
the perimeter for the central wormhole singularity will be 2πRwormhole, but the 'toroidal' cross-section
(thickness of doughnut) given by the Planck-Length LP. 2. The Ratio Mmin/mwormhole
quantizes in Avogadro's Constant NAv=Ridealgasconstant/k
The Surface
area (A) of a Black Hole and as observed from outside the event horizon leads to Hawkings quantisation of universal entropy
in Planck-Areas. Entropy of a Black Hole SBH=kA/4LP2 (with k the Stefan-Boltzmann
constant) This relates directly (and is generally accepted as 'proving' string theory) to statistical
distributions of 'eigenstates' in brane theory.

of the underpinning Schwarzschild metrics.
3. The 4-dimensional interior of Black Holes.
The boundary condition for a 4-dimensional hypersphere of volume V4=½π2R4 is
dV4/dR=2π2R3 as the Volume of a Torus in 3D. A Torus-Volume calculates
as (perimeter)(cross-section)=(2πR)(πr2)=2π22.Rr2, which is a generalised case for
the Kerr-Ring from agenda 2 and where r=LP and R=Rwormhole. The membraned universe
in 11 dimension can be (and has been by the standard GR analysis) 'conifolded' into just such a 3-dimensional surface
in the Friedmann-Walker-Robertson models as a function of the density-inertia distributions. The observable
universe is then defined in the Hubble-Radius, the latter specifying the radius R in the V3*=2π2R3
and as a 'envelope' for the lower-dimensional and expanding 'ordinary' universe of sphericity V3=4πR3/3.
(The ratio between the two upperbound the Chaos-Delta Feigenbaum constant in δFmax=3π/2~4.7). Hawking, Bekenstein, Maldacena and Susskind have shown, that the entire 3D content of the universe can be modeled
in an INFORMATION mapping onto the INSIDE of the Hubble Event Horizon in the case of a 5-dimensional Kaluza-Klein spacetime
metric. It can be shown, that the so called Guth-Linde-Albrecht-Steinhart inflation scenarios DID NOT
manifest the expanding universe scenario in a covariant changing of the (wormhole-Planck) metric; BUT defined the 'higher
D-envelope' in a de Broglie wave matter inflation and ending with the wormhole frequency (ending the string epoch) and
the onset of the thermodynamic stochastic cosmology as a Black Body Planck Radiator obeying all of the relativity postulates. Iow, the universe became METRIC; 3.33x10-31 seconds after the Big Bang. The 'size'
of the expanding universe so became established (as a higher dimensional bound) Instantaneously in the time twormhole=1/fwormhole. The propagation of the LIGHTPATH then became CONSTANT at lightspeed c=X/T RELATIVE to that Hubble boundary (in the
noninertial massless sense) and INDEPENDENT of substructured relativity frames (which are inertial by definition) defined
in both SR and in GR. The TIMEINTERVALS so QUANTIZE time in the wormhole frequency and rather independent
on any 'clocks' measuring those timeintervals in the lightpath a la Albert Einstein. As a matter
of fact, the wormhole frequency (defining Time-Instantenuity or NOW-Time) becomes the limit for any clock calibrated and synchronised
to measure any time interval as the lightpath X=cT. The idea of clocks ticking slower in a chronological
regression towards the 'beginning of time', should so be abandoned as unphysical - violating the postulates of Special
Relativity in their definitions of how clocks are synchronised and calibrated. John Shadow
And note that a gravity well is generated by a mass, and a mass has
a certain density, so gravity is also density dependent. Two bodies of the same mass, but different densities will have different
gravitational fields at their surfaces. The smaller one will be more powerful. OK, so I turned my attention to the universe,
and realised that through time it has become more rarified, and so (I have an independent reason for this too) gravity has
decreased with time. In the past, the visible universe was smaller, denser, and gravity was stronger. IOW I am looking
at the universe as a gravity well in toto, and this demands by the rules of general relativity that clocks everywhere ran
slower in the past. OK, next step, interpolate all the way back to creation. We have a tiny quantum universe under excruciating
pressure and density, with a humongous gravity (again I have used this model in other work of mine and it pans out.) But
its clocks would be running so slowly that AT the big bang the clocks wouldn't be running at all. IOW the first second
of time took forever (in our terms) to unfold. OK, map this time onto our time, and the result is a finite timeline for
us, and an infinitely long timeline for the universe. IOW, the big bang isn't an event, it's a _/*limit*/_. Sure
it has to be logically sound so we can invent a void (that was never actually there) and bifurcate it probablistically (which
never actually happened) and the big bang makes sense, BUT it doesn't really have to happen. It only has to make sense...... In fact we can duck out on the creator, simply because there never /was/ a creation...... Howaboutthat eh? ;-)

compact mass of >20,000 kg would produce the reported effects but requires a density of > 2000 times the density
of gold, which implies a miniature black hole. He and his team found a second event in the peat-bog witness plate from 1982

agreed that, implausible though the hypothesis seemed, it was worthy of their attention.[39]
The 20 ton mass is equivalent in energy to 1.8x1021
Joules and the density parameter for water is 1000 kg/m3 and for Gold it is 19,300 kg/m3 for
40 million kg/m3. A Black Hole of 20 tons has a 3D-Volume of
so 5x10-67 m3 for a Curvature Radius of so 5x10-23 meters. Now this is rather close to the actual wormhole radius derived in quantum relativity;
the latter being Rw=1.59155x10-23 meters for a characteristic (macro) Black Hole mass of so 6.5
tons. The density of this wormhole as the limit of measurable spacetime
parameters so must define the ZPE aka the vacuum energy of the Heisenberg metric backgroud and definitive for the so called
Uncertainty Principle for the statistical density distributions throughout the universe. So the phenomenon of ball lightning is rather naturally 'explained' in the quantum relativity
model. It becomes a manifestation of the ZPE in the quantum energy
of the source energy density; the latter being defined in terms of a 3D-volume as 3EZPE/4πRw3=1.2x1065
J/m3 , (albeit a 4D-toroidal volume of EZPE/2π2Rw3 should
be used for the holofractal quantization).
Then your identification of ball lightning with the 'soul' of
all consciousness carrying entities relates to this in terms of the source energy matrix represented by this ZPE as the 'God
quantum' or the 'God Particle' {Yes, the Higgs Boson has become demoted from that lofty position} modelled

because ball lightning manifests in 4 spacial dimensions. Ball lighning is a hyperspace phenomenon (reference Michio
Kaku's Hyperspace).
