I like your approach to things and shall address your queries about 'alien connections' somewhat at a later state.

But I would like to draw your attention to the following post shared by Anna Pantheon. It directly addresses your HAARP post, if you can read between the lines.

Now generally, the situation on this planet with regards to information 'processing' is this.

There is a historical 'timeline' for this civilization, which is understood by very intelligent people (allow me to labe this as Illuminatia), all NOT publically known.

This is because this 'ancient history' is interwoven in all so called constructs of control of this society, which has evolved say from 2000 BC.

This Illuminatia KNOWS and has access to all and sundry information of this history and also has unlimited financial resources to search, discover and 'collect' this information.

This Illuminatia IS a global 'government' of sorts and controls ALL governmental institutions via 'lending money' to them. The public knows this as the Federal Reserve Banks or the Government's Budgets and the like.

So there actually exists a World-Bank, which is 'owned' by the Illuminatia and which so 'controls' all commerce, trading, science and medicine say, from behind the scenes in controlling the methods of exchange.

Now, because certain 'scientists' discovered the 'internet' a couple of decades ago for the simple purpose to 'quickly share' 'scientific- and Illuminatia Data' between them; BUT this 'web thing' got 'out-of-hand' in today's prevalent public access to it; there is a very specific agenda in play, which now manipulates the information flow over the internet.

This has of course always been the case, as long as the Illuminatia existed and coincident with the invention of 'money'; but in the past the information flow was controlled by media and could be condoned and or suppressed locally via radios, tv and newspapers.

Today, the control is very much more subliminal yet open, because the general citizen (and I mean so 95% worldwide) has become so 'brainwashed' heshe cannot discern the 'reading between the lines' anymore.

The so called crime and law enforcement etc, the global media is full off so concerns less than 5% of 'what really should be in the news'.

Say, about 3% of people really 'do good' on the planet in 'helping others as daily activity WITHOUT monetary rewards; and about 2% 'do evil' in whatever criminal activity under the local legislatures.

95% of the people, the workers, doctors, politicians, scientists and whatever basically DO NOTHING, but enforce the 'status quo' of 'making a living', 'looking after families', saving and spending and consuming and 'having fun' and 'seeking pleasures'.

So the Illuminatia's agenda is to PRESERVE this status quo and EQUALISE and COMMONALISE the populance in a PREDICTABLE and so CONTROLLABLE 'Way of Thinking and Perceiving'.

Now the 'funny' thing, relative to the 'alien' is this.

Being aware as to what I just said, One cannot now 'point the figure' at someone or a group of people and say: "Those black men in suits are Illuminatia" or the Bilderbergers or the Trilateral Commission or the Bones and Skull Society or the Freemasons or the Vatican or NATO or the Tiannamons or the Ayatollahs or the KGB, the CIA or the FBI are the Illuminatia.

The Illuminatia are a 'group-mind consciousness', which is partially in everyone, so we all are Illuminatia. It is just, that the aristocracies, the political echelons and the 'institutions' mentioned above have fiscal access to information, the general plebiscite has not.

Relative to the 'alien consciousness', the SYSTEM of human thinking has 'outlived' its usefulness and because this 'alien consciousness' is also in everyone, a great 'inner conflict' in 'how to think and how to perceive' is NOW historically manifesting.

This brings us back to the 'historical timeline', which is a NEXUS or VORTEX for this human civilisation.

What do the symbols on the 'dollar bills' and the Freemasonic initiations, the Rosicrucians etc. etc. really mean?

It is no conspiracy of the illuminati, but the KNOWLEDGE of the very intelligent people on this planet throughout that 'timeline'.

So to give an example, everyone has heared about - crop circles.

Because the Illuminatia KNOWS, that 'aliens exist' and that there were 'previous civilisations' on this planet; BUT also KNOWS, that this 'ancient civilisation' represents a multidimensional reality and so in a sense is COINCIDENT with the present; it MISINFORMS the media outlets (which it controls) as to what is 'real' and what is 'conspiracy theory' and 'self-delusional lunacy' and 'mental sickness'.

But even the Illuminatia does not know the details to CREATE its own future. It knows that the present civilisation is in a very true sense a NEW ATLANTIS and it knows this, because of the interwoven mythology of this CONCEPT.

Then the Illuminatia knows that the past mythology can also become the future mythology and studying the past mythology in immense detail, the Illuminatia (aka the very intelligent people on the planet throughout the NEXUS) can ATTEMPT to create the future, as they imagine this to be.

But here is the crux of the matter.

The Illuminatia as presently on this planet, manouvers under an immense misperception - it has made a big mistake of sorts.

Namely, it thinks that the present status quo must be preserved in that only say the 5% of the 'nonconformal' 100% of the total population 'think for themselves'.

The Illuminatia KNOWS, that to 'allow' the 95% to 'wake up', would destroy THEIR PERCEPTION of the NEXUS.

What is this perception?

This perception is the CULTURAL MYTHOLOGY upon which this NEXUS civilisation has been built.

The two major root premises of this mythology are:

1) The human is inherently 'evil' and cannot 'govern itself'.

This is manifested in the myth of 'original sin' as said in the Judean-Christian bible say.

2) That only the 'fittest' survive and there are not enough resources for everyone.

This is manifested in the classification or casting of populations into haves and nothaves and knowers and unknowers say.

Now anyone of the 95%, even with partial intelligence, can 'read between the lines' and explore and discover why the global civilisation built on those myths has developed to what it is now.

Just to give the alien perspectrive on those two myths.

1) If this would be true, the inherent 'instinct' of say someone saving someone else from harm on danger of themselves being harmed would be impossible.

Consequence, the human is inherently loving, compassionate and fair.

2) The say 100  'nothaves' people which starve to death someplace every day could easily be fed by the food thrown away by the 'haves'.

The problem is how to 'give' the refused food of the 'haves' to the 'nothaves'.

The alien KNOWS that all are ONE and that the starving being is itself on a higher dimensional perception of reality. So it is divine selfishness to 'look after anyone in need' just as ONE looks after oneself.

Ok then, on this planet, this alien consciousness and understanding is generally (95%) suppressed, laughed at, ridiculed and what have you. BUT it is PARTIALLY in everyone as the human inheritance from the starseeds (meaning the multidimensional circular DNA encompassing the doublestranded linear DNA and such things as interdimensional programming language).

The Illuminatia's 'mistake' so is the attempt of holding on to the cultural mythologies as a form of control over the 95%.

ONLY A CHANGE in those root-mythologies would allow an accompanying CHANGE in the LAWS, by whom the Illuminatia REGULATES the behaviour patterns of people and so on.

The alien would KNOW, that in due course, this would eventually result in 'SELFRULE' and so the superfluousity of 'governments' and 'police forces' and 'prisons' and 'judges' and 'censorship boards' and so on.

And the 'very smart people' of the Illuminatia KNOW THIS TOO.

And because they do not trust the idea, that 'people of the 95%' could live in harmony without the governments and the regulations, they use all means, clandestine and open to suppress ANY POSSIBLE AWAKENING of the 95% to their own reality and a reality which is generally shared by the 3% which 'do philanthropic good' and the 2% which 'do the philanthropic nogood'.

And so there appear crop circles and strange lights in the sky and strange beasts in the mountains, in Mexico and everywhere else.

The Illuminatia KNOW lots of things about those things. They know of strange archeological findings and hieroglyphs on walls which belong to another timespace on the NEXUS line of human history.

The Illuminatia KNOW about 'crashed vehicles from space' and different anatomies of living things.

So one way of being true to themselves, the Illuminatia ALLOW movies to be made and books to be written about those things.

So there are movies of flying saucers crashing, of amoebas devouring everything, of flora aliens and giant ants running around killing people, of invasions from Mars and green little men from Venus and hiveborn Greys sent as emissaries from their overlords from Orion or from Alpha Draconis.

There are cows and people being abducted and zigzagging lights in the sky; but there are also stealth planes and advanced weapon systems, using technology developed by the Illuminatia out of sight from the university associated scientists and of course the public face of the media.

So the Illuminatia are 'very smart people' NOT subject to scrutiny by the 95%, to whom by the way 95% of all the 'learned people of the academic qualifications belong to also'.

So the Illuminatia sets up a 'club', let us call it the Crop-Circle-Maker-Club or CCMC.

And there are some very smart people in the 95%, who have artistic talents and who like the idea to belong to a'club' which can 'do magic things'.

And this magic is deception and they know it and many other people also know it. But it is something to do and can be fun and perhaps some benefactors from the 'club' might even 'pay a little' for the 'magic show'.

Now the benefactors and originators of the CCMC have created a magnificent 'smoke screen' for the 95%.

Should some crop circle appear in the English- or some other countryside; it will be almost impossible for anyone of the 95% to ascertain if the CCMC made the thing or someone else made the thing.

Whatever happens and whatever reports are made by the 95%, the Illuminatia can always INSURE its own agenda and refer the reports to being associated with the CCMC.

And then there are many other 'magic shows' of the Illuminatia.

Namely, whenever something 'weird'  happens on the planet or when something is reported as 'paranormal' or not 'fitting into the status quo' perspective; then the REAL MAGICIANS of the 95%  CAN debunk and trivialise and 'make unreal' any such occurrences in the Occupation and the tradesmanship of the FAKERIES.

The alien KNOWS, that the SUPERNATURAL indeed Does Not Exist, but that a Higher Multidimensionality Does Exist and that there is no need for the fakeries of the Illuminatia.

The 95% might be a little flabbergasted, if it would become exposed to the multidimensional reality KNOWN to the alien; but because say 5% of the consciousness of the 95%ers is itself an alien consciousness, they could learn to experience the same.
